How to Use This Library

f you’re new, don’t try to learn everything at once. Use this library like a training path:

  • Start with Start Here and the Beginner Roadmap
  • Pick one primary focus (Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or Lung Ying) for the week
  • Practice 10–30 minutes a day, 3–5 days per week
  • Come back weekly—new content is added regularly

Rule: consistency beats intensity. Train small, train clean, and progress will come.
