What you need:
First-Time Intro Call (Zoom) — 30 min
A welcoming first session to assess goals, posture, breathing, and experience. You’ll leave with a clear starting plan and recommended next steps (private coaching, group class, and/or online course path).
Private Coaching (Zoom) — 30 min
Focused coaching and real-time corrections. Best for refining one skill: alignment, breath timing, rooting, stepping, structure, or power mechanics.
Private Coaching (Zoom) — 60 min
Deep coaching session with layered corrections and progressions. Best for skill-building plus a clear weekly practice plan.
Group Class (Zoom) — 60 min
Train with the Kindred Fist community. Includes warm-up, fundamentals, a focused drill, and a closing breath/recovery practice. Intensity is scalable.
Tai Chi Private Coaching (Zoom) — 30 min
Alignment, sung (鬆), stepping, sensitivity, and practical structure. Ideal for students who want calm skill that holds under pressure.
Qi Gong / Nei Gong Private Coaching (Zoom) — 30 min
Breath method, regulation under effort, recovery, and internal connection. Ideal for building the foundation that supports martial function.
Lung Ying Fundamentals Private Coaching (Zoom) — 30 min
Stance, structure, short power mechanics, and Sup Luk Dung checkpoints—trained with traditional principles and clear progressions.
Lung Ying Combat Principles (Zoom) — 60 min
Distance, entry, timing, bridging and clinch principles, and training methods that translate. We focus on structure-first, safe pressure, and functional outcomes.
Partner Drill Consultation (2 people on Zoom) — 60 min
For training partners who want coaching on drill selection, safety, timing, roles, and progression. Bring your questions and we’ll build a clean training plan you can repeat.
